Mentorship has been instrumental to my success in real estate and in life. I know for a fact I wouldn't be where I am today without the guidance my incredible mentors have provided over the years.

Ever since I began documenting my real estate journey, I’ve been overwhelmed by the number of people asking me to share my knowledge in real estate and mentor them along their path to success.

Throughout my real estate career, I’ve made countless mistakes, but have avoided many more by listening to and learning from my mentors. I’ve benefited from the lessons learned from their mistakes. My goal is to help you benefit from my mistakes and accelerate your real estate growth.

Regardless of how you get started, you must take action. My job is to give you that start in the right direction and guide you along the way.

My first property was a single family house in Tucson that I purchased to avoid paying rent in college. I was able to sell it a couple years later and roll the profits into a 16-unit apartment complex in Little Rock through a 1031 exchange.

I quickly realized that real estate was the most efficient and effective way to create wealth. From there, I began picking up knowledge from my mentors to help me acquire larger, more profitable properties with less, or no money down.

I aim to provide you the culmination of the skills and knowledge I’ve learned from my mentors and my experiences in real estate. You’re not just getting my knowledge, but the wisdom passed along to me from the millionaire and billionaire real estate professionals in my circle.
